- License Suspension: 2 Years
- May Apply for Restricted Driver License (IID Required)
- Must Complete a Driving Under the Influence Program
- California SR22 Certificate Required for Restricted License
Third Offense Within 10 years of previous conviction:
- Jail: 120 Days to 1 Year
- Fine: From $390 to $1000
- License Suspension: 3 Years
- You Receive a Designation as a Habitual Offender
- May Apply for Restricted Driver License after 1 Year
- Ignition Interlock Device Required
- Must Complete a Driving Under the Influence Program
- California SR22 Certificate Required for Restricted License
Fourth Offense Within 10 years of previous conviction:
- Jail or Prison: 180 Days to 1 Year
- Fine: From $390 to $1000
- License Suspension: 4 Years
- May Apply for Restricted Driver License after 1 Year
- Ignition Interlock Device Required
- Must Complete a Driving Under the Influence Program
- California SR22 Certificate Required for Restricted License
